During the 15 to 30-minute demo on Zoom, we will show you how Shop Hero works and answer any questions you have about the product.

Here’s the format:

  • 5-10 minutes learning more about your shop

  • 5-10 minutes showing you Shop Hero and how it integrates with Tekmetric

  • 5-10 minutes answering questions you have about the product

Here’s what you need to do now…

1. Check your email inbox

If you haven’t already, you should receive an email confirming your demo date and time. If you don’t see this email, refresh your inbox or check your spam folder. Add the demo to your calendar if it wasn’t added already.

2. Prepare for the Zoom Call

We know you’re busy. And we want to make sure you get your questions answered. Please take a few minutes to prepare any questions you have prior to your demo. We’ll answer them for you on the Zoom Call.

P.S. You can join the Zoom on your phone if you like, but computer or tablet is preferred since we will be sharing our screen with you to show you Shop Hero.

3. Attend the demo

As we said, we know you’re busy – and so are we. Please be on time for your demo so we have enough time for the product walkthrough and answering your questions.

Need to reschedule? If something comes up and you do need to reschedule, no worries. You can adjust your demo date and time in the email you received with your booking information.
