We've also received numerous requests to integrate with the following SMS's:

We will prioritize these integrations based on number of requests and ease of implementation.

*Some SMS's have not approved our integration request, but we are doing our best to build integration partnerships with as many SMS's as we can. Yes. You can use Shop Hero without an integration. We have a "Manual" version of Shop Hero which requires 10-15s of manual data entry per repair order.

We can get you up and running 24-72 hours from once you sign up for Shop Hero and we have your shop information in hand.

We do not have an official affiliation with Shop Fix Academy, so we don't have an exclusive discount for Shop Fix members. That said, we would be happy to discuss custom pricing options for your shop(s) on a demo.

We do offer standard discounts for multi-location shops and yearly billing.

We're currently working on an integration with Tekion. We've also had requests to integrate with CDK and Dealer Center.

As of September 2024, we've been actively building Shop Hero for the last ~3 years.

Shop Hero was started in Erie, PA as a user-friendly digital solution to replace the traditional whiteboard system. Shop Hero is a product inspired by shop owners, for shop owners.

We have big plans for this product and our goal is to become the standard workflow efficiency tool for shops of any kind or size.

And yes, we're profitable and not going anywhere.
